RECIPE: Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Oh boy, these can't be good for you. But, man, I am a sucker for cookie dough.

"Every once in a while, a dessert comes along that I consider to be life-changing.  This may seem melodramatic but for a sweet tooth such as myself, dessert is very serious business.

Just how good are these?  They start with a brown sugar-chocolate chip cupcake base, filled with eggless cookie dough, topped with cookie dough buttercream and decorated with a teeny tiny version of my favorite chocolate chip cookie.  So basically, heaven."
